Echo is designed and built by stephan, a designer based in Zurich. If something isn't working, I'd like to hear about it.
Report a bug from the app
The fastest way to report an issue is through the app itself. Echo attaches a diagnostic log automatically, which makes it much easier to figure out what went wrong.
- Open Echo and go to Settings (at the bottom of the screen)
- Tap "Send Bug Report"
- Describe what happened and tap "Continue in Mail"
The log includes activity names and device details to help with debugging. No health data is included. You can review everything before sending.
Email directly
If you can't use the in-app bug report, or if you have a question, feature request, or anything else — email works.

If Echo can't connect to Strava or your activities aren't appearing, a few things to check:
- Make sure you're logged into Strava and your activities are visible in the Strava app.
- If your Strava session expired, reconnect via Echo's Settings screen.
- You can revoke and re-grant Echo's access from your Strava account settings.
Apple Health permissions
If Echo isn't finding your Apple Watch heart rate, open the Health app and check that Echo has read access under Sharing.
